We make our coffee with fair-traded coffee beans grown by the Ashaninka tribe of Peru, and imported into Wales

Talerddig bakery provides our wholemeal loaves, and we make our rolls using Bacheldre flour from Montgomery or Doves organic flour. We use organic sourdough bread baked in a wood fired oven by Mair’s bakehouse We also use organic flour milled in Llanrhystud by Felin Ganol Watermill.

All of our takeaway packaging is either recyclable, compostable , or made from renewable resources or recycled material.
We use recycled aluminium foil, unbleached greaseproof paper and compostable bin bags.
